Salmon Flatbreads Made using an Air Fryer
Two boneless, skinless salmon fillets (approximately six ounces apiece)
One teaspoon olive oil
one half teaspoon paprika
One half teaspoon garlic powder
Taste salt and black pepper.
Four little flatbreads, or naans
Onefourth cup tzatziki sauce
1/2 cup finely sliced cucumbers
One half cup cherry tomatoes, halved
One fourth cup of thinly chopped red onions
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 chopped fresh dill teaspoons
lemon wedges for presentation
directions:
Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Rub the salmon fillets olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
The salmon should be cooked through and flake readily with a fork after 8 to 10 minutes in the air fryer basket. Take out of the air fryer and provide few minutes for relaxation.
Warm the flatbreads or naan in the air fryer for one to two minutes until just slightly crispy while the salmon cooks.
Top each naan or flatbread with a layer of tzatziki sauce.
Divide the cooked fish fairly among the flatbreads by flaking it.
Top every flatbread with fresh dill, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, crumbled feta cheese.
Present on the side with lemon wedges.
